Digital fingerprints are securely captured using RCMP-approved equipment and electronically submitted to the RCMP’s Canadian Criminal Real Time Identification Services for processing.

Yes. Please bring any instructions, forms, or documents provided by the requesting organization so we can ensure the correct delivery information is used.

We will contact you to arrange another appointment.When the issue is caused by an error on our part, we will recapture your fingerprints at no additional charge. When the issue results from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the applicant, additional mobile service and fingerprinting fees may apply.
